How Pricing Works

Simple, predictable, and explained up front.

No mystery bundles, no padded retainers, no surprise invoices. Managed protection is priced per device and per user, support is billed by the hour, and projects are quoted before we start. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and why.

Ongoing

Managed IT

Around-the-clock protection and monitoring for your devices and your people. The recurring relationship that keeps everything secure, patched, backed up, and watched.

Billed monthly — per device and per user.

As needed

Support & Labor

Hands-on help when you need it — on-site or remote, plus configuration and build work. Standard daytime hours and after-hours coverage are both available.

Billed hourly — rates depend on on-site vs. remote and time of day.

One-time

Web, Branding & Projects

Websites, scheduling, logo and media work, migrations, network builds, and other defined projects. Scoped and estimated before any work begins.

Flat-rate or quoted per project.

How Managed IT Is Billed

Two units, nothing wasted.

You pay for the devices and people you actually have — not a fixed tier you’ve half outgrown or half don’t need. Run one layer or both; the bill scales with you either way.

Endpoint Protection

Per device

Each computer and server you want secured — monitoring, patching, threat detection, ransomware backup, and a 24/7 response team.

Billed monthly, per device.

User Protection

Per user

Each staff account you want protected — email security, awareness training, dark-web monitoring, and Microsoft 365 backup.

Billed monthly, per user.

See exactly what each plan covers on the Services page. Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately at competitive managed rates.

15%

Ministry Discount for Churches

Churches receive 15% off every service — managed protection, support, web and branding, and projects alike — applied automatically at billing. Christian schools and camps qualify too. Just let us know during your audit.

Frequently Asked

Pricing questions, answered honestly.

Why don’t you list exact prices on the site?

Because an honest number depends on your device count, user count, and what you actually need — and we’d rather give you a real figure than a teaser that changes later. The model is simple and fixed: per device, per user, per hour, or per project. After a free 30-minute audit, you get a clear written quote with no moving parts.

How does the per-device, per-user pricing work?

Managed protection scales with your organization. Endpoint Protection is billed per device — each computer and server you want secured. User Protection is billed per person — each staff account you want protected. You pay for what you actually have, and it grows or shrinks as you do.

Do churches really get a discount?

Yes — a straight 15% off every service except Microsoft 365 licensing, applied at billing. It’s not a limited-time promotion or a negotiation; it’s standing policy for churches, Christian schools, and camps.

What’s the difference between on-site, remote, and tech work?

On-site means we come to you. Remote means we handle it from our end — which covers most day-to-day issues. Tech work is configuration, builds, and project labor. Each is billed at its own hourly rate, with standard daytime hours costing less than after-hours.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

Managed plans run as an ongoing monthly relationship — that’s how the protection stays current. Projects and hourly work carry no commitment at all: scoped, quoted, done. We’ll always tell you which path actually fits, even when it’s the smaller one.

What does it cost to get started?

The audit is free. From there, onboarding depends on the size and state of your environment — we’ll lay out any setup work in the same quote, so there are no surprises after you say yes.
